I need help creating a First Profits ETF

I want to create a First Profits ETF and I need financial geniuses to help me do that. First Profits are stewardship first Profits that go into this ETF. The First Profit ETF supports the areas of greatest need in America. Putting America First to relinquish and stop generational poverty and focus on redesigned infrastructure of the poorest communities in America.

I need Financial geniuses to figure this out so I can donate my First Profits into this ETF. Then, others can do the same following the same practice of stewardship.
